About Project

Problem:

St. Landry Homestead’s main location is located in Opelousas, Louisiana. It was in need of three new rooftop units. Because it is a main bank in the area, the work needed to be done in a timely manner, without disruption of daily activities or having to close the drive thru.

Solution:

Storer Services recommended that the units be replaced in early spring so the bank would remain open and have proper cooling. We also forecasted different situations within the project team to find the best suitable installation procedure and timeframe, to prevent disruption of banking activities. With good coordination between the Project Manager, Account Manager, and the Bank Representative, the job was completed on schedule with little disruption. This allowed the bank to operate comfortably at full capacity during installation.
