IT Technician/Intern

Job Summary

Serve as IT Contact for general office equipment set-up and troubleshooting.

Reporting Relationship

Reports to IT Director

Essential Functions and Duties (including but not limited to)

  • Set up and troubleshoot equipment
  • Responsible for printer maintenance
  • Provide end user support
  • Issue research for resolution
  • Responsible for project assignments as deemed necessary
  • Responsible for maintenance of all office equipment
  • Provide support for all devices including tablets, desktop and laptop computers

Education

High School Diploma or Graduation Equivalency Diploma

Skills and Experience

  • Customer service is a must
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Technically minded
  • Process oriented
  • Computer software skills – specifically using Microsoft Office for troubleshooting
  • Good aptitude with technology and computers

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
