Brian started working in HVAC as a residential technician while in college. After completing his degree in construction, he worked with a commercial HVAC company and perfected his craft over thirteen years, focusing on large boilers and chillers. Through his work in mechanical rooms and industrial environments, Brian met different technicians from other companies, including Storer Services. Brian realized that to achieve the next level of skill and leadership, and he wanted to work for Storer. Brian is now Storer’s Area Manager in Northeast Louisiana: he is excited about the future of our company and his role in that future.

Casey started a career in sheet metal fabrications and, after three years, learned that there was a stopping point for growth in this type of work. While working sheet metal, he worked with HVAC Technicians and quickly realized the career opportunities available in the HVAC Skilled Trade industry. When Casey started with Storer Services, he immediately went into maintenance and worked on large equipment with senior technicians. In three years, Casey was a turned out technician. Casey is now one of our Senior Technicians and an Area Leader.
Casey has been able to progress his career in the HVAC industry and make the money he wants to fulfill all of his family’s needs. He understands the importance of the HVAC industry and knows it is a key component in keeping the world running especially in critical need facilities. He is quick to tell younger technicians that with work and dedication, an HVAC technician has limitless possibilities for earning and growth.
Mitchell joined our team a few years back and gained hands-on experience as an HVAC technician while learning from our senior technicians. He decided to leave and expand his HVAC knowledge and make more money by working for an HVAC manufacturer. He quickly knew working for a manufacturer was not more money and would only train him on their pieces of equipment. Mitchell missed working on a variety of HVAC equipment and, most of all, the camaraderie he experienced with his team members at Storer Services.
