Lift Pump System Rebuild
PROBLEM
Three buildings on-site were experiencing recurring sewage backups caused by a failing lift station system. The infrastructure was significantly deteriorated, including rusted structural components, damaged piping with holes, a failed pump, and outdated (30+ year-old) malfunctioning controls. The compromised base structure also posed a serious safety hazard.
SOLUTION
Our team conducted a full assessment and executed a complete lift station overhaul. This included removing the existing housing, replacing damaged pumps and motors, installing a new heavy-gauge steel top structure, upgrading the entire control system and floats, and running new electrical service. After installation, we thoroughly tested and calibrated the system to ensure proper functionality and performance.
LEGACY
The rebuilt lift station permanently resolved sewage backup issues across all three buildings. In addition to restoring reliable system performance, the project eliminated ongoing safety risks and prevented future damage or disruptions. The site now benefits from a modern, dependable system designed for long-term operation.
